Once again we’re bringing you all the latest trends, hottest techniques and must-have products in the crafting world, and to brighten the winter gloom we’re also treating you to an exclusive collection of Buzzcraft papers this issue, featuring 16 adorable designs including toppers, decoupage and backing papers, as well as inspiring ideas to help you make the most of them – turn to page 8 now!

Don’t forget that it’s Father’s Day on 5th September, and we know how difficult it can be to create the perfect masculine design, so we’re giving you a helping hand and celebrating the men in our lives this issue.

Su Pennick comes up trumps in the style stakes with her fabulous steampunk-style cards on page 56. Her masterclass combines distress inks with acetate and metal accents to give the vintage look a new lease of life that men of all ages will love.

Meanwhile, for those young at heart, Julie Malcolm looks to digi crafts on page 47, with a selection of fun hobby-themed downloadable images for Father’s Day and beyond

If you’re looking for something a little more girly, look no further as our designers have been rustling up some stunning cards once again, covering a range of must-try techniques.

Judith Hannington has fun some with fabric on page 16, sewing her way to fabulous results to create a look that is bang on-trend, while Anthea McConachy recycles old books and sewing patterns on page 72, adding a new twist to the stitching trend as well as helping to save the environment!

Alisa Tilsner combines her designs with sweet surprises on page 24, making a fabulous card and treat in one, and Kirsty Maluga gets creative with feathers on page 76, showing how these colourful additions can be more than just a child’s crafting staple.

I have just read mum’s issue 10 and we are having problems with the paws-fur-a-moment papers and I would like to get hold of a copy so that I can see just what was on all the sheets before she cut into them. we have found that the directions do not match up with what was offered as a free gift. so are there any available.

Thanks for your message. The Using Your Free Gift section on page 8 details projects you can make using the Paws Fur a Moment paper pack that comes free with this issue. The So Cute! section later in the magazine (page 35) uses other Paws Fur a Moment products from Buzzcraft – not the ones included free with the magazine. I hope this answers your question.
Many thanks
Gavin
