Step by step

Attach a 13.5×10.5cm piece of dark pink cardstock to the card blank.
Stamp the sentiment in the top-right corner of a 13×10cm piece of white cardstock. Die-cut the silhouette window from the centre to create an aperture. Attach an adhesive sheet to a 10×9cm piece of white card, remove the backing and place behind the aperture then attach the panel to the card front.
Die-cut the silhouette window from white cardstock and place inside the aperture on the card front.
Die-cut the shaped oval from white cardstock. Blend Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feathers ink at opposite sides of the oval then blend with Picked Raspberry and Spun Sugar ink.
Die-cut the silhouette window from the inked panel. Carefully remove the waste pieces then inlay them inside the white silhouette on the card front.
Die-cut a 13×10cm scalloped rectangle frame from pink cardstock and use 3D foam pads to attach to the card front to finish.
