You say there is free papers but you have to download them and print them yourself with your paper and ink and what if you dont have a computer I know a few people without computers and let me just say that I am a bit dissappointed with the magazine at the moment

Hi Annette,
We’re sorry to hear you are unhappy with the bonus papers. While you do need a computer and printer to print off the papers, you can print off as many as you like rather than be limited to one set. There’s lots more great free gifts coming with future issues, including exclusive stamps, 6×6″ paper stacks and more, which we hope you’ll love.
Many thanks
Gavin

Dear Gavin,
How fortunate we are in Australia to have a magazine which focuses on cardmaking and which gives so many free products to add to our stash. I do have computers so am delighted that I do not have to put aside papers that I do not need at the time but can download when required.
As a very keen card maker I look forward to learning about new techniques and products. It is obvious that your magazine covers many areas of papercraft interest.
Seeing a comment with a name the same as mine encouraged me to leave a more positive comment.
Thanks to you and your staff and very talented designers.
Kindest regards
Annette

I love your magazine, but I was a bit disappionted too that you had to download the papers as we don’t have a very good printer, which makes it a bit hard.
Thanks for listening to me.

I totally agree with Annette, downloadable papers cannot be described as a free gift, and while I have a computer, I do not have a printer attached, and so cannot print without difficulty. I, too, was rather disappointed with this edition of your magazine.

Dear Lyndall
We are sorry that you do not have the facility to print the papers. I will pass your details onto our office and see if they can help.
Many thanks
